Tim is the visionary and main driver for Social Blue’s rapid growth since the company began in 2013.  Tim’s leadership style can be best described as positive and inspirational. He always motivates the team to think big and take on the opportunities at Social Blue. Having dreamt of becoming a professional tennis player, Tim can still be found on the courts on the rare occasions he’s caught not working.

Kees plays a key role in guarding Social Blue financial stability and ambitions. Combining over 20 years of experience in the financial field with his own entrepreneurial experience, Kees now enjoys the dynamic working environment at Social Blue. Detail-oriented, optimistic and efficient are a few of Kees best assets to the company. Not your ordinary finance guy, in his free time, Kees enjoys a sporty lifestyle by actively pursuing his passion in table tennis, touring and skiing.

Bart is a veteran in sales and business development and responsible for Social Blue’s sales activities in all of its international offices. Taking the role of Sales Director from the start of Social Blue, Bart believes in building a good relationship not only to his clients but also to his team. When he’s not busy prospecting new clients, Bart enjoys quality time with his friends and families as an opportunity to recharge.

Sjoerd is responsible for all processes within Social Blue. His creativity, eye for detail and critical thinking help us operate as efficiently as possible. In his free time, Sjoerd attempts to abate his curiosity by attempting to find out how everything works, visiting new countries, and if he has any time left, reading.

Koen is responsible for the Social Blue Marketing department that consists of Facebook marketing specialists, copywriters, designers and strategists. He actively played as a professional football player before joining Social Blue and this experience hugely contributes to Koen’s strong drive to overcome challenges. Placing a huge value on creativity, curiosity and innovation, Koen is motivated to support his team members’ development both on a personal and professional level. Outside of work, Koen admits he has a soft spot for enjoying good food and wines with his close friends and family.

Leigh is responsible for Social Blue’s business in North and South America. He has over 7 years of sales and marketing experience and competitive nature. Leigh constantly pushes the boundaries of his work. If not, he’s probably playing rugby or in the gym.

Matt is responsible for growing Social Blue’s business in the UK. He has a Master’s degree in Biological Science, but began his career in sales right after his studies and has loved it ever since. Matt believes in a positive and relaxed work atmosphere. He even skateboards to work every day.
