HR Officer with recruitment focus

Hoorn

The HR officer duties involve a wide range of HR activities. You will be the contactpoint for the recruitment agencies we work with and make sure we have an efficient recruitment policy. Creating a strong employer brand is also one of your main projects. Also an important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in the general HR administration, such as payroll and activities in the field of onboarding, offboarding and everything in-between. You have a selfstarting mentality and enjoy switching between different tasks.


You will join the HR team which consists of two other HR officers and will report to the Head of HR. Because of our rapid growth, we’re looking for a HR officer with a focus on recruitment to join our HR team in Hoorn. This is a full-time position (32 to 40 hours) with plenty of development opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR department
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Owner of the recruitment policy of the domestic and foreign entities
  • First contact for the recruitment agencies and assist our hiring managers in the hiring proces

  • Proven experience as an HR officer or relevant HR position
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment
  • Basic knowledge of HR administration
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • You have a perfect grasp of the Dutch and English language
  • You have relevant HRM degree at a minimum of MBO level
